The hotel provided a mixed experience with clean and comfortable rooms but some drawbacks in service and dining. The location was convenient for transportation but lacked walkability to attractions.

The room I had was clean and comfortable, meeting the expectations set by the booking photos. However, the view from the room was disappointing, facing a plain wall. It was a bit of a hassle to get a more pleasant view.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and smart, offering a great view of the Bosphorus. The service was top-notch with incredibly kind staff, especially Hakan. The location was exquisite, right in front of the tram for easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of delicious options. However, the room size was a bit small, and the restaurant could use some improvement.
